All the places are very Clean and well came at the reception was very good. And the security are there every day for protection. Keep it up

The hotel receptionist were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The place looked exactly as advertised, with a clean, modern design that was both cozy and comfortable. It truly felt like home, with thoughtful touches throughout. •The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. •The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. •The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, ideal for working remotely. •The outdoor space was a lovely bonus for relaxation. •The hotel staff provided excellent local recommendations, making my stay even better. The room was so spacious and beautiful, the cleaning staff made sure that when we came back to our room at the end of the day it was like the first time we set foot in it. The hallways were clean and had a nice scent when walking through. Every staff member was so friendly and welcoming, for us particularly, Ms Mayanda at the reception and Mr Mbatha the security guard truly made us feel welcomed and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and the Aircon definitely was the star of our entire time there because it is so warm in Durban.

The rooms are quite clean and the staff is very nice. The aircon is super useful because Durban can be humid at night. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the cashier offered to hold our very active toddler while we ate. That left a good note.
